eSIM, which stands for Embedded SIM, represents a digital evolution of the traditional SIM card. By eliminating the need for a physical card, eSIM offers a hassle-free experience, allowing you to download it over Wi-Fi and connect to the Ultra Mobile network within minutes. This streamlined process provides a convenient and efficient means to activate your device.

For Apple iPhone users, the eSIM activation is seamlessly integrated into the initial setup. Upon connecting to Wi-Fi, your iPhone will notify you when the T-Mobile Cellular Plan is ready for installation. If you miss the prompt or choose to activate later, head to Settings > Cellular to activate your eSIM.

Samsung users, during the initial setup, will also be prompted to activate an eSIM. Follow these steps if you have already set up your Samsung device and are connected to Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Select Connections > Choose SIM manager > Tap on Add eSIM to initiate the activation process.

Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro users can connect to Wi-Fi during setup to download the eSIM. However, for other Google Pixel devices, a physical SIM card is required.

For various Android devices, connecting to Wi-Fi and activating your eSIM is as simple as scanning the QR code. Navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network for most Android devices.

Before installing the eSIM, it's essential to be aware of potential errors:
  1. Avoid scanning the QR code with another phone, as the eSIM phone number is linked to the provided IMEI and EID of the phone submitted.
  2. Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi internet connection before scanning the QR code.
  3. Once installed, avoid deleting or canceling the eSIM during the installation process, as this action cannot be undone.
  4. Ensure your phone is carrier unlocked.
  5. If any issues arise, consider that eSIM PrePay is a standard service, and any problems may be related to your phone.
Feel free to reach out if you encounter any difficulties during the eSIM installation process. Your seamless experience with Ultra Mobile is our priority.
